Employee Type: Up to 15 hours/week
Compensation: $15.00/hour

Pre-requisites:
● Clear a criminal background check
● Have positive commercial maintenance experience

Responsibilities:
Complete basic-level work orders and regular maintenance throughout church property. Including:

• Replace filters on HVAC systems
• Replace light bulbs
• Replace stained ceiling panels
• Sweep up litter, leaves, and debris
• Spray for weeds in parking areas/remove snow from sidewalks
• Keep maintenance spaces tidy and organized
• Trim hedges
• Paint and touch-up walls
• Clean carpet
• Other light duties as assigned

Acquire needed tools, supplies, and material to complete jobs.

The maintenance worker is under the supervision of the administrative director.
